Terms of Use
These cover this website. They are not the terms for the VeriKnox platform, which runs on a separate written agreement. Nothing here replaces it.

Who these terms are with
This website is operated by VeriKnox, Inc., a corporation registered in Delaware, United States (“VeriKnox”, “we”, “us”). By using veriknox.ai you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site.
What this site is
veriknox.ai describes our product. It is marketing material, not the product itself and not technical documentation. Descriptions of capability on this site are written to be accurate at the time of publication, but they are summaries. The authoritative description of what you get is the agreement and documentation we provide when you become a customer.
Where this site describes future plans or direction, those are statements of intent, not commitments to deliver on a timetable. Do not make a purchasing decision on the strength of a roadmap statement here without confirming it with us in writing.
Requesting access
Submitting the request-access form is an enquiry. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, guarantee that access will be granted, or commit us to any price, timeline or service level. We may decline any request, and we may stop offering access at any time.
Please give us accurate details. Submitting someone else's contact details, or details you are not entitled to share, is not acceptable use.
Acceptable use
When using this site, please do not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission. To report a security issue, write to hello@veriknox.ai. We will not pursue researchers who report in good faith and give us reasonable time to fix;
- submit anything unlawful, or use the form to send bulk, automated or unsolicited content;
- interfere with the site's availability for others, including through automated traffic that places unreasonable load on it;
- scrape or reproduce the site's content at scale for commercial purposes without our permission.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, design, layout, graphics, and the VeriKnox name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors. You may read it, link to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement we have not agreed to.
Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners. Displaying them indicates technical compatibility or integration and does not imply those companies endorse or are affiliated with VeriKnox.
No warranty for this site
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every description on it is complete for your particular circumstances.
Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Our product is designed to help you produce evidence for your own compliance programme; whether it satisfies a given obligation of yours is a judgement you and your advisers have to make.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links out
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data. Their terms and privacy policy apply once you leave.
Privacy
How we handle data from this site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may still bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property wherever infringement occurs.
